Cancellations & Reschedule Policy

We regret no refunds can be made for early departures. In the event that you are unable to complete your program due to a personal emergency, you will receive a credit memorandum for the unused portion of your program fee. This credit may be used in a later session, but must be used within twelve months.

Refunds/Credits

Overnight Spa Packages:
    • Notice given 7 days or more prior to arrival date:
            Full refund minus $50.00 Service Fee
    • Notice given less than 7 days prior to arrival date:
            Spa Credit issued minus $50.00 Service Fee

Day Spa Packages:
    • Notice given 7 days or more prior to arrival date:
            Full refund minus $20.00 Service Fee
    • Notice given less than 7 days prior to arrival date:
            Spa Credit issued minus $20.00 Service Fee

Gift certificates are transferable but non-refundable.

Refusal of Service/Loss of Valuables

This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Please lock up your valuables and do not carry them or wear jewelry to the Life Enrichment Center as a precaution against loss.

Waiver of Liability

All guests will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability prior to receipt of any services at Westglow. The content is as follows:

I understand that my participation in any event OR activity provided by Westglow Resort & Spa is completely voluntary, and I assume all risks of such participation. I acknowledge that any cardiovascular or resistance (weight) work-out, or any other exercise program, involves certain inherent risks of injury or illness, and that Westglow Resort & Spa cannot assume responsibility for any such inherent risks. I further acknowledge that Westglow Resort & Spa is located in the mountains at an altitude of approximately 4000 feet above sea level, and that I should consult with my physician as to whether any exercise regimen or other activity is inappropriate for me at this altitude. In consideration of being allowed to participate in any outing, other activity, or service provided by Westglow Resort & Spa, and on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, heirs and assigns, I do fully and forever release, discharge and hold harmless Westglow Resort & Spa, its agents and employees from all claims for property damage, or personal injury that may rise from my participation in any outing, other activity or service provided on or off the premises of Westglow Resort & Spa and not arising from the negligence of Westglow Resort & Spa or its agents.
